QuestBridge Scholarships are currently accepting applications. This article provides a comprehensive explanation of this scholarship program, its advantages, and a step-by-step guide to the application process.

QuestBridge Scholarships for 2024 are fully funded scholarships designed for American high school seniors. These scholarships encompass a complete four-year scholarship with a total value exceeding $200,000.

The Texas Match the Promise Foundation encourages families to save for college by providing matching scholarships and tuition grants to participants in the Texas Tuition Promise Fund—the state’s prepaid tuition plan. Promise Fund tuition units represent a fixed amount of undergraduate resident tuition and schoolwide required fees at eligible Texas public colleges and universities. Match the Promise will award Promise Fund tuition units to approved recipients, complementing participant contributions to the fund during the current Promise Fund sales period.

QuestBridge collaborates with 40 renowned colleges and universities in the U.S. to offer the National College Match scholarship. This scholarship covers the complete cost of attendance for each college, encompassing tuition, room and board, travel expenses, and books and supplies. Importantly, there is no requirement for parental contributions or student loans, although the scholarship may involve student contributions in the form of work-study or student savings.

The scholarship program comprises two levels of awards:

  • Matching Scholarship: This matches up to $500 of participant tuition unit purchases with the same type of tuition units. Scholarship recipients with a family income of $75,000 or less receive a two-to-one match, while all other scholarship recipients receive a one-to-one match.
  • Promise Scholarship: This awards a one-time grant of tuition units worth $2,000 at current prices. Matching Scholarships are granted to a maximum of 150 top-scoring applicants, with the five highest-scoring applicants receiving Promise Scholarships.
